How to perform the reservation?

Follow the next simple steps.

  1. Choose a location y type of vessel.
  2. Choose the desired boat.
  3. Tell us the date you want to lease the boat.
  4. Fill in a document with your personal information.

Following this simple steps you will have completed successfully the reservation request of the boat. Now you only will have to wait for the confirmation of the reservation.

 

How to make the payment?

You will be able to make the payment via bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) and via Paypal.

The payment will have to be done to confirm the reservation. To formalize the reservation you will have to pay 20%, 50% or 100% of the total of the lease budget depending on the shipowner. The rest of the payment must be done before the sailing.

All Information required will be delivered in reservation confirmation email.

 

Can I perform a cancelation?

In case of canceling, generally the money won’t be returned, always depending on the enterprise who owns the boat. Another date for sailing is usually searched instead.

 

Is the fuel included in the price?

This information is specified in the sheets of the vessels. But, generally, the price of the fuel is paid separately.

 

Is the skipper included in the price?

This information is specified in the boat sheets. But, generally, the price of the skipper is paid separately with the exception of some cases.

 

Is the mooring included in the price?

Generally the only mooring included in the price is the one of the homeport.

 

Is a certification required?

It’s necessary to have a navigation license with exception of some kinds of vessels (In that case it will be reflected on the vessel sheet). If you don’t have a license the enterprise who owns the vessel will hire a professional skipper for you so you don’t have to worry for anything.
